Is fear really the ‘ultimate moral foundation’ for Christians?

They claim their ultimate foundation is their imaginary god, but Christians are such liars, huh. They are fully aware that society can teach people right from wrong without religion but Christians really think people can only be moral if they are afraid of being punished in the afterlife, right?
