Questions about marriage?

My boyfriend and I have briefly been discussing about marriage. He wants to take on both names. Mine will be my maiden and married name. Will his change too? Were both Christians. Were in different denominations. He is Baptist and I'm Disciples of Christ. Will one of us have to convert over to either side?
