Why wasn't Christian Beadles in Never Say Never?

When I think of Justin Bieber's best friend, I think of Christian Beadles. I bet a lot of other people feel the same way. I've heard of Ryan and Chaz, but not as often as I've heard about Christian. Why were Ryan and Chaz in Justin's movie, Never Say Never, but Christian wasn't? He wasn't even mentioned once. Did Justin and Christian stop being friends or get into a fight or something?
