Where can I find some BRIGHTLY colored lipstick?

I have been looking for some brightly/bold colored lipstick (like dark blue, neon blue, bright yellow, bright orange, bright pink, purple, neon green, etc.) for cheap. I have only been able to find it on ebay but it's like, $20 and personally I think that's too much (and I don't have that much money). I know wet 'n' wild had some, but I can't find their bright colors anywhere. Any help would be appreciated :) Thanks in advance!
