I need a logo for art class?

I've asked about this before on here. But, it didn't really help me much. I'm looking to do something simple for a made up company, nothing too fancy! I can't decide what to do. Either a French Restaurant, a TV channel, a name brand? Such as something like Channel? Or Dior? Can you please give me names for either of the ideas I've mentioned and some ideas on how to design the logo. Thank you.
