How do I put an end to my brother's constant bullying?!?

I am 12, (77lb; 4ft,9in.; M), he is 14, (140+lb; 5ft,6in.; M). He has 60+lb, 9in., and 18 months on me. He has been bullying my LITERALLY since I was born. He was at the hospital. I could list everything that he has done, but I would be typing until I'm dead, (no kidding). He even gets in trouble at school/home all the time, he is EXTREMELY lazy, and he was even in boot camp, (and got sent back). His beliefs and perspectives and very f*cked up. I want to put an end to his behavior once and for all. If anybody can help me, you will be an arch angel once you die, (if you are Christian).
