Does anyone know what this movie is?

The title has demons or night or something in it but I can't remember exactly. It was about this party that these teenagers threw and it was pretty corny, and one line I remember was "Come on out Raj, I don't want to hurt you". It had this thing were the teenagers kept turning into zombies. It was rated- R ithink because there was this one scene that had a girl shoving lipstick into her nipple. I really want to remember the name of this movie! If you could help me that would be great! Thanks
